by SafeWatch require a cellular network system in order to transmit GPS data to
the SafeWatch servers. SafeWatch cannot be held responsible for cellular coverage
in customer area nor does SafeWatch guarantee any cellular coverage or changes
in service in the future. Devices and Service, once activated, cannot be refunded.
